A space to gain self-awareness, address underlying issues, and develop effective coping strategies. It empowers you to manage challenges, improve relationships, and make positive life changes, leading to greater emotional well-being and resilience.

A space to understand the cycle you and your partner get pulled into, especially during conflict or disconnection. Together, we work toward clearer communication, deeper emotional understanding, and more meaningful repair.

I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.

In-person sessions are available on Tuesdays and can be especially helpful for couples work.

Virtual sessions are held through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, allowing for flexibility and convenience.

As an Octave provider, I am contracted with ANTHEM and AETNA plans for virtual individual therapy. Limited availability. Book directly via Octave.

I offer an itemized “superbill” that you can submit independently for reimbursement of out-of-network services.

Many PPO insurance plans reimburse a portion of these costs based on their policies.

I believe therapy should be accessible and affordable. While I work with certain insurance plans, I also offer a limited sliding scale for those who may need additional support. If cost is a concern, feel free to reach out and we can talk through options.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are typically charged a late fee. This helps me hold consistent time for all clients.
